Pets are allowed in most properties. In properties that DO allow pets, the pet policy is as follows:
*There is a one time, $300.00, NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee, PER pet, for cats and dogs. This does NOT cover damages. Damages would be taken from the security deposit.*Cats of any size are ok.*Only SMALL breeds of dogs are permitted. Approximately 15 pounds is the limit, full grown.*NO exotic animals Pets other than cats or dogs will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Generally, small birds and fish (10 gallon max) would be allowed with a $50.00 non-refundable pet fee **Larger fees or security deposits may be required on units with new flooring.

- Rental rate specified is for 1 occupant per bedroom, any additional occupant is an additional $100 per occupant not to exceed 2 occupants per bedroom.
